The Impact of Employer Branding on Commitment to Bank Employees


 This study aims to examine the relationship between employer branding and organizational commitment BNI employees in Makassar as many 100 people using correlation analysis method. found that there was a positive significant effect of Employer on employees' commitment. has greatest influence affective commitment, amounting 0.546, then normative 0.521, continuous 0.403. finding shows gives an image organization best place work, therefore companies must provide package functional, economic, social psychological benefits by attracting retaining talent company. Likewise, banking sector, especially BNI, continue be improved so employee can maintained. Employees will feel at home stay with company because they benefit from company's various offerings
